  • Campers who purchased the tent mentioned: The Halo is the roomiest tent on the market with its vertical sidewalls. It's easy to pitch and has stellar Marmot quality. It's very sturdy when pitched and guyed-out on in bad weather. I took my kids to the mountains, and we set up camp at 9776 ft (Mexico). We had a lot of rain, yet all of our stuff and ourselves were completely dry. We also had a lot of wind, and the tent stood up well.
  • Tons of livable space, thanks to its innvoative pole structure
  • An oversize double-door and side D-shaped door makes it easy for everyone to get in and out without creating a bottleneck
  • Ceiling and wall mesh panels and ground-level side vents allow good air circulation and offer views outside; rainfly vents lets moist air escape

  • Campers who bought the tent noted: Water accumulated inside and on the walls after a rainy night. The floor flooded, including all the mats and our clothes on the floor. Since then, I had the item tested against leaks by Marmot. It came back saying it was due to condensation (which is normal). The poles are not durable and easily bent. The damage increased over time, even when there were no high wind conditions. I suspect this tent will not perform appropriately in high windy conditions.
